Feeling more centered

Anxiety is no joke and I wanted to get a handle on it without medications, at least not yet. I found this guided meditation audiobook to help me, and I am loving it. The stress is now way down following this book. I am now writing in my journal daily and sleep is so much better. I found the lessons super easy to follow and am loving the meditations. i feel so much better.

Calm and Peaceful

I didn't realize that it takes practice to meditate. It is hard to shut my mind off, and quick thinking so much. This really helped me to quiet my mind, relax and get grounded. I love the calmness and peace that come from these meditations and also I like the positive affirmations. I am doing these every morning and night. It helps me start my day and end my day on a good peaceful note. Really enjoyed this. Very helpful.

Stay in the present!

I have struggled with anxiety all of my life. And overthinking - I could win an award!

I have read a number of self-help books on these topics. What I haven't come across is the focus on "staying in the present" that is highlighted in this book. I have a friend that always says, "Don't borrow trouble". I agree and this book has great exercises that help you implement this tool.

I also like revisiting the concept of visualization as it is outlined in this book. I haven't practiced that in years, and have now been doing it more lately - and it helps!

If you struggle with anxiety, and want solid tools to help you manage, pick up a copy!

Much Needed Calming Solution

I’m in a pretty stressful situation right now, and sleep has been a struggle for me, so this audiobook has been such a welcome relief. The guided meditations are super easy to follow, and the narrator's voice is so calming that it instantly helps me relax. After just a few sessions, I can already tell this is going to be a regular part of my nightly routine. It’s been such a relief to finally quiet my mind and get some rest. Calming

“Guided Meditations” is just that. A series of meditative sessions guiding you through stress, anxiety and calming the mind. This is a book that one would want to use as a guide not just a one time listen. The narration is soothing as it should be.
