Short, to the point and very accessible!

One of the best and easy to understand books I’ve read this far on this subject. Most books become so complicated that you get overwhelmed and are not sure where to begin.

For me, this book was not that way at all…gonna get the physical book to add to my library and use some of the suggestions.

Excellent book but

This is an excellent over view book for anyone wanting to get healthy! I just wish this was not read by AI since all the links are not legible and a few words are off. Other than that I think it is a great book and would. Purchase other books from this author. Knowledgeable and has done his research! I still recommend getting this along with the actual book in paper back form since you will want the exact names and links. Highly recommend!

it's to the point & a fun listen!

• Properly seperated and titled catalogues are super helpful! We re-listen to whatever we want. and the analogies are funny and make my day lol.

• FUNNY ANALOGY:
the GI tract being compared to a busy bar and a burly bouncer (binder) throwing out the troublemaker (heavy metals) by frog marching him to the nearest exit was awesome.

• Wish you trained people to write our school and college textbooks.

Way more helpful and informative than expected

This not only answered my questions- but questions i expected to have to research and buy many other books in order to get the information… it all being in one was a wonderful surprise! I have it on audible but will also buy it in paperback as that is my preferred way to read and I want it in my physical library!
