For instance, there had to be a connection between a wired telephone and the dial board for communication to be possible. Just as with every other wired device, wireless communication has successfully displaced wired communication.

Mystics and sages have long maintained that there exists an interconnecting cosmic field at the roots of reality that conserves and conveys information, a field known as the Akashic record. Recent discoveries in vacuum physics show that this Akashic field is real and has its equivalent in science's zero-point field that underlies space itself. This field consists of a subtle sea of fluctuating energies from which all things arise: atoms and galaxies, stars and planets, living beings, and even consciousness.

Story
The real stories behind the scenery of America’s national parks. For 12 years, Andrea Lankford lived in the biggest, most impressive national parks in the world, working a job she loved. She chaperoned baby sea turtles on their journey to sea. She pursued bad guys on her galloping patrol horse. She jumped into rescue helicopters bound for the heart of the Grand Canyon. She won arguments with bears. She slept with a few too many rattlesnakes. Hell yeah, it was the best job in the world! Fortunately, Andrea survived it.

Our gut is almost as important to us as our brain, yet we know very little about how it works. Gut: The Inside Story is an entertaining, informative tour of the digestive system from the moment we raise a tasty morsel to our lips until the moment our body surrenders the remnants to the toilet bowl. No topic is too lowly for the author's wonder and admiration, from the careful choreography of breaking wind to the precise internal communication required for a cleansing vomit.

A good book may have the power to change the way we see the world, but a great book actually becomes part of our daily consciousness, pervading our thinking to the point that we take it for granted, and we forget how provocative and challenging its ideas once were - and still are. The Structure of Scientific Revolutions is that kind of book.

hacking made easy
this audio book is a good essential guide to developing hacking skills and taking it to higher level. though it would be easier to understand the topic by reading because it is technical in nature. Nonetheless, it is comprehensive and informative

It's better to know something than nothing.
We all know that most of the people likes computer or technologies. We put all our information and keep it in our devices. I bought this book because I don't want to be hacked by anyone. It's better to know something than nothing. Also the voice of the speaker is appropriate on the theme of the book.

don't bother unless you are jailbreaking
What did you like best about Hacking University: Sophomore Edition? What did you like least?
I liked that it was an easy follow-up to the first book. I didn't like the fact that the book wasn't really about 'hacking'. It was about rooting/jailbreaking/modifying phones and game systems.
If you’ve listened to books by Isaac D. Cody before, how does this one compare?
really liked the first one, but not this one. I don't feel like this book prepares readers to further develop the hacking toolset.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Kevin Theis?
yes.
Could you see Hacking University: Sophomore Edition being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
no.
Any additional comments?
the speakers voice is quiet and hard to hear. It sounds like the speaker is trying to sound nefarious or shifty.

I found it very helpful to me because it gave me more knowledge about mobile security.
Any additional comments?
A general knowledge of hacking mobile devices like tablet and game console. It's all about how to be knowledgeable on how to protect your mobile phones like setting a hard password that will be hard to guess by a unauthorized person. Another good thing on this audio is the tips on unlocking an iPhone mobile device.
