Breakthrough!

This book is astounding. I downloaded it with 5 other books on mediation. I also use the meditation app Waking Up. What this book did that no other book or course I've encountered so far has done, is that it explained what enlightenment is in simple terms and how one gets there. Not that it's easy to get there, but this book makes it easy to understand. It's all in simple language that makes sense. I suppose you need to be open to change, open to leting go of the wanting, hurt, striving and struggles in your life for this book to resonate with you. But if you are open to that then this book is just astounding at the way it can guide you through the process. Listening to this book has put me on a path to contentment, peace, forgiveness, acceptance, and giving a better kind of love to those around me. I titled the review "breakthrough" because it's helping me break through to a better life.

Jonathan did a wonderful job explaining how to get from the intelectual levels of consciousness to the experiential levels of consciousness. This book is all about practical application and this is what is required. Let go and experience.
