Simple Habits for a Joyful and Fulfilling Life

Happy Habits by Elizabeth Bright is such an inspiring and practical book! It’s not just about feeling good but about building real, lasting happiness through simple habits. I loved how Elizabeth combines personal stories, science, and easy to follow exercises to help readers make positive changes. One of my favorite parts was learning about concepts like the Danish "hygge" (coziness and connection) and the Japanese "ikigai" (finding purpose). These ideas really made me reflect on my own life and how small, intentional changes can bring so much joy.

What really stayed with me is the idea that happiness isn’t some faraway goal, it’s something we create every day through gratitude, mindfulness, and aligning with what truly matters to us. The exercises, like gratitude journaling and reframing negative thoughts, are so simple but powerful. This book feels like a gentle guide encouraging you to live a more meaningful and joyful life. If you’re ready to break free from stress and feel more fulfilled, I can’t recommend this enough!
