Everything

Everything about this was fantastic. Riz Ahmed as Snape took a bit to get used to but it was great regardless.

Blows the old audiobooks out of the water!

I have been a fan of the Harry Potter audiobooks since I first started reading Harry Potter. Jim Dale did an amazing job with the original American books, far better than Stephen Fry did with the British editions. Until now Jim Dale has been the raining king of the voice of Harry Potter.

Well folks, the king has been dethroned! This new audio rendition blows the old audiobooks out of the water! The voice acting is amazing, and the sound effects really add to the story. The entire thing just draws you right in and helps you experience the stories in a new way that is amazing.

I can’t recommend these new full cast audiobooks enough!

I loved this version! The sounds and voices were all great. I can’t wait for book two!

Feels like a whole new story

The vibe is just different for the first book in a good way. From the music, to the wide variety of actors, to the sound effects, it really makes you feel like you’re there. They really are making it their own and not recreating anything from the movies. For instance, the golden snitch has a new sound when it flies, Hagrid feels bigger with each footstep, spells sound as if they’re really coming from a wand. It is 100% worth it, my only complaint is they’re not all out yet lol. This audiobook really lets you experience the first book with a different vibe than ever before.
