Easy to understand. Excellent worksheets to help guide you through the process of setting and achieving goals. Just enough scientific background without being boring or confusing. Great personal stories and accounts of others experiences to be engaging. Offers a lot of answers to questions we all have about ourselves when we get stuck.

Great Book with Great Content
John's presentation in writing and the audio version is terrific. He conveys his belief in all he reads and writes. I have been a long time follower of Wallace Wattles, Napoleon Hill and Earl Nightingale.
John fills in all the blanks.
I read this book years ago, but it went over my head, but lstening to this with audible made all the difference.
It made so much more sense.

Great book to follow through
I have seen John’s interview with impact theory and that’s how I get to know about this book. The methods even seem traditional or “cliché”. I followed through and did all the exercises. It works and hope everyone is on their track of chasing their dreams and goals! Living the life of your summit!
