Healing inner child to step towards future

This book has very deep insights to the past and inner self. This provides valuable resources for healing and cure. This will help people suffering from childood trauma or bad memory. Most of time you don't realize you are suffering from what and so not sure how to resolve the issues. This will help to diagnose and digest past wounded trauma. I would recommend for anyone for healthier and happier life and being free from the past. all deserves!!

The next best thing to seeing a therapist

This book is as close as I am gonna get to having a therapist. I will have to do all the work, but the basics are here for me to begin do-it-myself therapy sessions. The explanations are clear, and there are ample strategies to employ. I have not journaled in years, but she makes a good case for restarting, and I like some of her writing prompt suggestions. I might even try meditating just to see what thoughts bubble up. Thanks for the thoughtful book.

Great book

Easy to read and full of strategies to review and evaluate how our past shapes our current selves. Filled with helpful exercises to reflect on our past. Breaking down types of trauma and different personality types truly helps when discovering how or why we are the way we are.

Really helpful information

This is a great book about learning how to heal yourself and your past. I found a lot of great insight into things that I have been dealing with learning that they have to do with my past. I would recommend it to anyone, even if you don't feel you have trauma in the past.
