A typical prayer goes something like this: "Please help us find the money to pay our mortgage this month." Saying the prayer may help you feel like the burden of that month's mortgage has been lifted, but the part of you that feeds on fear will simply seek out new financial worries to keep you awake at night. Old patterns remain intact.
In contrast, asking, "Please heal my fear-based thoughts about our mortgage" lifts the burden and relieves the need to re-create that fear and hold onto it.

love it
I bought a hard copy of this but decided I needed it on audible as well. I listen to it every night before bed. I start in a diff place each night, then set a sleep time. I go to sleep listening to positivity!

Amazing
"Cleo Wade believes kindness is easier than you think..." The authors words hug you so tight your insecurities tremble with fright.

Readable again & again
This book, as she intended it to be, is a friend you can come back to anytime. In fact, all of her books are. Grateful to have them as tools.

I didn’t know how much I needed to hear this
My words don’t do her words any service. I recommend this as a gift to yourself as a living, breathing loved human being.

Lots of wisdom
I really enjoyed Cleo's vision of the world and how it works, presented through her poetry. Thanks Cleo for putting many universal truths in the form of poetry.
