Publisher's summary
Love lost, marred bond, and a sudden death....
As Butch Hutchinson strives to lead a silent albeit lackluster life as a private investigator, things get stirred up approaching his high school reunion. Not only do his former schoolmates' current achievements seem a lot more interesting than his own, he's also faced with the possibility of coming face to face with his high-school-buddy-turned-rival Danny Sims - who also happens to be the husband of Bruce's former love interest, Lauren. The day of the reunion arrives, and things escalate to a full shock as Bruce receives heart-wrenching news over the phone: Lauren's dead.
How does this news impact Bruce's life? Is it big enough to bring him back to the one place he's been avoiding for years now - his hometown?
Homecoming Homicide is a gripping mystery about lost love and rivalry, murder and redemption. Through every word, be transported into the mysterious world of Bruce Hutchinson!
Draco Spencer gives you another masterfully written thriller that will keep you excited, intrigued, and mystified for days!

short but very good
This is the first short story I have listened to. I really liked it but did wish it was longer. i would have loved more in depth knowledge of the characters. It was well written and kept your attention to the end. This is a great gem and I'm glad it opened me to short stories. The narrator did a really good job and for those who use audiobooks this is as important as the narrator can make or break a book.

Excellent
A lonely lack luster life for this PI. add one high school reunion, to see the girl he lost to another. Except this homecoming was a deadly affair. How involved will he get to find out why. Good narration added more to this story and plot by McAllister enjoyed. Was given audio for my voluntary review

A Good Listen
I enjoyed the Homecoming Homicide by Draco Spencer...The characters were very believable and the storyline flowed very nicely, I would recommend this story to everybody. The narrating done by C.J. McAllister was spot on, I received this audiobook from ABU and this is my voluntary unbiased review.

The Audio version added more drama
Would you consider the audio edition of Homecoming Homicide to be better than the print version?
I've actually already read the book in Kindle. However, I found out that the book had an audio version and got curious. So I got this one and had a great time listening to it. The audio version gave the mystery more drama. Kudos to the publisher!
