Enjoyable series!

I really Enjoyed the story and loved the narrator. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Great Story… Awful Narrator

I actually love this story. The plot and characters are fun and imaginative. The overall story was interesting and immersive.

However, I had to try really really hard to ignore the way the narrator talks. Mispronounced words, tones and inflections totally off, plus just an overall cringe at the way he reads. Sounded more like a sports announcer then a narrator. Seriously, don’t say I didn’t warn you. If you can ignore all of that, it’s a great listen.

The only other thing I have an issue with is that it says it is the complete box set, but the third book ends as to be continued. I found that a little irritating.

Great story to begin with…

I have to agree, the narrator’s voice would not have been my choice for this book. I kept seeing the actor who is in the Farmer’s insurance commercials…. It was distracting. In book 3, chapter 7 is from another chapter from a completely different series from this author! After it happened I looked and saw that complaint in other reviews! Looks like they would have corrected the problem after the first time. It was at a critical point but you are still able to surmise what you missed in the storyline for the most part. The idea of the story was great, however, I the was just too much scheming and stupid machinations. I get politics and maneuvering to get what you need but this was childish. It messed with the story and who the characters had been introduced to us to be. Kind of seemed pointless and annoying.

great story / creepy narrator

great story, engaging and amazing character development...

narrator sounds great at the beginning and then really creepy, especially in the sexy parts

Horrible narration!!

The actual story is well written and really funny in places, but the narrator did not do it justice!!!! Hopefully Ms. Snow will not let this person narrate any more of her books!!

This narrator really missed the mark. Hearing erotica read by my grandpa is just wrong!

Narrator terrible

I stuck to it and the story is good but the narrator destroys this book. That deep southern accent is terrible for this story in fact I don’t want to listen to anything this person reads again

Good story, but COMPLETELY the WRONG narrator

I really liked the story, but the narrator's creepy old dad voice pretty much ruined it. He might be ok for literally ANY other genre, but his voice with those lines just made me cringe. I really hope this author never uses him again. I'd like to actually enjoy the story. I liked that there was actual plot balanced with the other stuff, though the heroine annoyed me at times.

Wonderful love story and all the right twist and worries. All falls in place with the birth of the twins

If you enjoy a story about endless plotting and planning and politics intermixed with sex. then you will enjoy this read.
