Required reading if you...
interact with people more than twice a year.
I have used some of these techniques for most of my life.
I'm the guy that gets along with everybody.
I'm delighted to see that I could fine tune my way of interacting with people.
I've seen this book on shelves for years, always thinking it was just another bs self-help book.
It is not.
It should be required reading for anyone who interacts with people more than twice a year.
