Excellent and Useful
The advice that this book provides is nothing new to most, if not everyone, in fact its just common sense. But the stories and presentation accentuate the importance of this advice through an enjoyable collection of stories/events. All allow you to properly apply this advice. Excellent writing!

You'll be a better person from listening to this
This book is an unparalleled classic and there's a reson for that. It is about the nature of people and that doesn't change. This book teaches basic principles to help you become a better communcator with anyone in any aspect of life. I'll put this on a yearly rotation to listen again!

This book distills fundamental principles and values that cut across every race, belief and culture.
