An excellent classic!
Loads of great lessons to live by. I remember my sister years ago mentioning a point similar to one on the book: "ask a person questions about themselves and they'll think YOU are the most interesting person in the world". You can listen to many a life story by interestedly asking a few simple questions.

Eye opening
The recording of this book is well done. It opened my own eyes to little things that I've been doing wrong as well as right. Not only did it give me clarification, but ways to improve the interactions between me and close friends and co-workers. I'm glad to have listened to this book and recommended it in its entirety.
