I found the answers to my happiness here.
I have been struggling in my work life and my home life. I was losing touch with myself. This book reminded me of some hard earned lessons I had not acknowledge in some time. More importantly it taught new lessons in ways I could easily understand. I have implemented what I learned and I feel like I live a better more complete life now.

Wonderful experience
This book was my first experience in audio books and I loved it! I had been wanting to read this book for a while now but had not had the time to do it.
But having it as an audio book, I could listen to it while I worked. Great book!

Extremely helpful
This book has helped me in not only managing team better, but also understanding people better. I listened to this book when I was upset at how someone was reacting to me or what I asked them to do. This book gives plenty of helpful tips, and short stories to understanding people and how to handle situations. I am a better person and a better leader for reading it.

Didn't know it was going to be this good
Well, I listened to the entire book while doing my hair, you know mommy time...anyway the book got to the point, gave a lot of examples on how to use the principles and their benefits. I was impressed and will listen again. I will definitely try some techniques on my own children!
