Story
Colin: My life is pretty quiet, and I prefer it that way. I do my schoolwork, I have what some would call a nerdy hobby, and I have my, um...toys. Tutoring pays the bills, and when I’m asked to help the star football player fix his grades, it’s just another job, right? Then I find out he’s a dragon-shifter who likes to party rather than study. God, I wonder if the stories about dragon-shifter anatomy are true? Not that I’m likely to find out, since he’s clearly straight!

Story
Max Remus couldn't care less about finding his mate—unlike the rest of his fate-obsessed pack. He totally prefers hanging with his bestie, eating his dad's steak sandwiches, and drawing in his trusty sketchbook. But all that is about to change at the Blue Moon Festival—a summer camp where Elite Pack wolves go to find their mates. The festival is a rite of passage for every teen werewolf, and this year's festival will be one to howl home about. The alpha's son, Jasper Apollo, is attending for the first time.

I never thought I'd go to college a virgin, but unless something changes—and fast—that's what's going to happen. In comes Harden Hart, my all-American boy-next-door best friend with an offer to help in a way I'd never imagined. Story
Harrison Phillip Fletcher III isn't supposed to be here. Not in Burlington, Vermont, not running Vino & Veritas, a quaint inclusive bookstore and wine bar, and definitely not still alive, at 42. Also not supposed to be here? An unexpected delivery of chickens. Finn Barnes knows chickens. The burly organic farmer knows all about rare breed poultry, but dealing with a hot older bookseller is an entirely different matter. City-slicker types like Harrison never end up staying in Vermont for the long-term. They should steer clear of each other. But the flare of attraction is mutual.

When it comes to hockey, I'm all about the game. I've worked for years to be one of the best in the league, and l've done it without splashing my orientation all over the tabloids. My hockey image is one I've carefully cultivated, and after one night with Ezra Palaszczuk, I risk it all. He's cocky, obnoxious, and has an ego bigger than Massachusetts. And okay, maybe he's the sexiest man I've ever known. We'll never get along. Not when we sleep together. Not even when my possessive streak awakens. That doesn't stop us from falling into bed together over and over again.

He saved my life - but now it’s my turn. And apparently, the nutjobs aren’t wrong. Dragons are real. And I hold the key to saving them all.

Story
After half a century of chaos, my retirement from leading the Community of Species Government has been bliss. No more hellhounds playing pranks. No more snippy demons demanding my attention. No more cajoling money from the wealthy to support the community. Just peace while I avoid my overbearing father and try to work out my next steps. Although...maybe three years of peace is enough. It might even be starting to get boring. In fact, an adolescent dragon crash-landing on my landlord's shed is just the kind of excitement I need - especially when he brings his species leader to my door.

Publisher's summary
With his freshman year of college over and summer already in the air, Lucas Brown is more than happy to have finished his spring semester with all A's and Salem State's official promise to continue funding his scholarships. Excited and relieved to take a break and begin his first college summer vacation, he's spending his first few lazy days just sleeping in and half-heartedly unpacking the moving boxes at his new apartment. Well, his and his boyfriend's, Dean Gray.
Waking up late and going to bed much, much later, Lucas has never had it easier. And, as werewolves, he and Dean are taking their relationship slow, just as nature intended.
Only, Dean just told Lucas that his grandmother is coming to visit, and she has a much more traditional idea of how an Omega and an alpha should be living together.
An old werewolf from the prestigious Gray pack with a soft spot for her favorite grandson and a critical eye for Lucas, Grandma Gray isn't about to let them off easily, especially when neither of them can seem to appease her with a good reason as to why they are not already mated to one another.
As Lucas struggles to appease both his nagging future in-law and his frustrated boyfriend, he quickly learns that, sometimes, love is a lopsided balance of playing nice and growing a pair.

Story
The modern audience hasn't had a chance to truly appreciate the unknowing dread that readers would have felt when reading Bram Stoker's original 1897 manuscript. Most modern productions employ campiness or sound effects to try to bring back that gothic tension, but we've tried something different. By returning to Stoker's original storytelling structure - a series of letters and journal entries voiced by Jonathan Harker, Dr. Van Helsing, and other characters - with an all-star cast of narrators, we've sought to recapture its originally intended horror and power.

When Heather McKinley dreamed of becoming a doctor, she imagined curing sick kids and sporting pink stethoscopes. She never anticipated the sleepless nights, grueling exams, and endless labs. And she certainly never knew that her medical school earned the nickname Dead Med thanks to the tragic history of students overdosing on illegal drugs. But Heather would never consider doing anything like that. That is, until her longtime boyfriend dumps her, she finds herself failing anatomy, and her world starts to crumble.

Story
Narrator Dan Stevens ( Downton Abbey) presents an uncanny performance of Mary Shelley's timeless gothic novel, an epic battle between man and monster at its greatest literary pitch. In trying to create life, the young student Victor Frankenstein unleashes forces beyond his control, setting into motion a long and tragic chain of events that brings Victor to the very brink of madness. How he tries to destroy his creation, as it destroys everything Victor loves, is a powerful story of love, friendship, scientific hubris, and horror.

A Disappointing end to the series...
First, the title of the book, Ripping Into the Darkness, and the story do not go together. Was a bit confused. Of the four books, this was my least favorite. I understood the development of the two primary characters, Lucas and Dean but there is a lot left unanswered as far as these characters are concerned and that is very disappointing. I do like the fact that there was realism in paranormal story...grannie and Lucas are not going to be the best of buds, never going to happen. So not the best in the series but a good read and still some unanswered questions and from reading the reviews, apparently the author is not writing any further stories, which is again, very disappointing. The final book in the series, so one must read (listen).

One Great Book. A Must Read!
Harris has done it again. He has brought together, fun, love, sex and family into a story that captures you and you just have to read the rest of the series. The narrative was very good, with the telling going smoothly through the story.

fun Story
I like the story but the narrator is reading this book really weird and it sounds horrible. I really like the first and third books. He read those two with more enthusiasm and character also he didn't sound like he was trying to hard to sound sexy or sensual. Book tour's narration got obnoxious quick. Sorry just wish he would have read it the same as the previous three.
