A Wake Up Call to be Mindful in our Relationships
TARGET AUDIENCE: Individuals looking to improve their relationships. Although most of the examples are geared towards work, this is also applicable to more personal relationships.
PROFANITY AND SEX: None, Thank you.
STORY LINE: Describes how to improve our relationships through being intentional in those relationships. Throughout the book, I frequently asked myself “what has been my intention with….” I found that as I asked myself the question, I had to answer honestly that I had not been mindful of many of my relationships.
OVERALL: I gave this a 4/5 star rating. I love self-help books, some I read once, others multiple times. This is book that I probably could see myself re-reading.
