I learned during my own journey to lose weight and gain confidence that action and adherence is what gets stuff done. A book can be valuable and lay out all the science, but if you’re left at the end unsure of how to start then guess what? It won’t work! That’s why I’ve condensed everything I’ve learned from my journey and from the hundreds of clients I’ve trained, into a short, straight to the point book with easy steps anyone can follow without counting a single calorie.

Great for this IF beginner
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Am I addicted to sugar? I asked my wife, and it seems like we are. I found this book extremely helpful to understand the basics of intermittent fasting and how to boost our weight loss. My wife and I have found fasting a good tool in the past (Spiritually and physically) but the concept of using it for weight loss was mindblowing. We have made our goal to follow the 4-week program starting with our 48-hour fasting (:S).

Must Listen for Those New to Intermittent Fasting!
This is an outstanding beginner's guide to intermittent fasting from a detailed step-by-step plan on foods to consume and exercises to do while intermittent fasting. This book lays out the best time of day to intermittent fast and the reason for it versus other types of eating styles. Specifically, one of the more common ways to lose weight is to drop your calories and to work out a lot. This book does a great job in providing a real-world example from the hit TV show "The Biggest Loser." Though you'll lose weight and feel better in the short-term, the amount of calories your body uses in a day will permanently drop and once you stop your calorie reduction and exercise program, you'll gain back even more weight than you lost. Lastly, I really found the explanation of the different hormones in losing weight as very informative and something anybody looking to improve their nutritional habits should know. This book is a must own.

Great Introduction to IF
Precise, straight to the point and easy to understand. Been new to the topic, I get overwhelmed by the science some of the other titles I've read contain. I feel confident I can start and have purchased the kindle version also!

Very bad production, medical advice from a trainer
The production really stands out as the editing is so bad there is less "white space" between most paragraphs than between words within. You will need to pay very close attention to pick up on the cues that you have moved to a new heading or chapter. Tiring listen. As for the material, he does give very specific advice on "what I allow" during fasts. Take this as a piece in the puzzle as there is some interesting and useful info.
