Al incorporar el ayuno intermitente en mi rutina, he podido mejorar mi función hepática, reducir la inflamación y sentirme con más energía y concentración durante todo el día. Después de probar el ayuno intermitente durante varios meses, noté una reducción en la acumulación de grasa en el hígado, mejores niveles de enzimas hepáticas y una mejor salud y bienestar en general.
