Loved these CDs!!

I am working through the intuitive eating material to get my cerfication in Intuitive Eating, these have been very healing for me as I go through my journey, and I know it will be helpful for others as they go through this process.

Quick, easy read that’s adaptable to every lifestyle

After years of struggling with food and getting to the brink of developing an eating disorder, this book has finally showed me the path of constructing a healthy relationship with food. I listened to it during walks and its only about hours long. Super worth it! Thank you!

Very interesting concept

I thought the subject was a very interesting, different concept from all the “diets” out there. It’s a way to live healthier without the DIET

E lighting and worth the listen & practice.

This definitely helped me realize and gauge my unhealthy relationship with food. I recently decided to make a lifestyle change to help suits my needs (Whole Good Plant Based), but this audio book has helped me even more to have a healthier, tastier, and fun relationship with food. Finding balance and literally peace with food helps you balance other things about your life and confidence that you may never realize could be become better.

Give it try, you’ll have nothing to lose.

Essential Reading

This book is highly recommended. I’ve listened to and/or read many different diet programs and this one was the best of the best. I believe that most Americans should listen to this book.

life changing

I loved their warm, understanding and helpful approach. I feel I was understood and now have the tools. I took my time and started implementing their techniques and feel great. I feel very blessed to have found this book. Thank you Evelyn and Elyse.

very helpful, sometimes a bit too spiritual

This really helped me and was even kind of therapeutical, but sometimes a bit too spiritual for me (rather than practical). Would really recommend as a first step to a sustainable solution for creating a new mindset around food!

Smart Read

Good insight. I have been unable to lose weight for a long time despite diet and exercise. I am 47 and believe it just goes downhill after 40. Trying to be happy with current weight and eat less portions. Everything in moderation is my motto.
