This is just what I needed to hear
This is a very solid and accessible introduction to the definition and path of shamanism. It is exactly what I needed to hear at this point in time to make sense of the world. I highly recommend it.

Overall: Okay.
While I did find the information helpful, this was more of a podcast conversation than an audio book. Was a little off putting at first.

Insightful, inspiring and fulfilling!
Fascinating trip down an educational path that starts about twenty feet beyond the trailhead. I purchased the book based on the title after having come, not accidentally, into enlightenment. I would like to have heard a very basic definition and have a basic understand of what a Shaman, and what Shamanism is. I was lost as many times as I was shouting “YES!”. Coming from absolutely NO background, I was lead down this path of self education, but have found very few places that are designed for the layman. Please consider adding a prologue for beginners. I know the concept is complex, but we all have to start with basics. Bless you for taking the time to walk this path with beginners. You are a true gift!
