Simple and effective techniques that work
I was a breathwork skeptic, but this audiobook changed my mind. The techniques are simple, clear, and amazingly effective. Super Handy
I just thumbed through "Just Breathe" and it's actually super handy! Instead of some long, boring explanation, it just jumps right into a bunch of different breathing exercises for all sorts of stuff, like when your stressin' out or can't fall asleep – I even tried a couple for energy instead of my usual afternoon coffee slump.
