propaganda for abstinence narrated by Siri

I thought Siri was reading the book. Then the MMC with the odd Spanish interjections.
To those that do not know, it is possible to speak two languages and not have an accent. Especially when you learn them both before the age of 12.
Lastly, was this just a long propaganda for abstinence?

Millie's loyalty and commitment

The story was interesting and comical. The characters were rich. I loved the ethnic diversity. My only critic is the female narrator. Although better than virtual voice, which I hate, she was lacking the engaging skills of the male narrator.

A book that grabs at page one

I was delighted to see that Stephanie Fournets' book is on audible. I downloaded it the first day. I love to listen to audible books while I walk each day.
" Kind of Cursed" made me look forward to my daily walk so much. As usual the author is such a down to earth , talented one.
The stories are everyday sagas , which are entertaining for different ages. The family in "Kind of Cursed" stuck together in cajun/french style and it added a much needed, touch of humanity a this time of uncertainty. Thank you Stephanie Fournet for another of your books to entertain and for giving us a nice break from currrent events.

Good performances, below average story

Weird pro life undertone to the whole book. I have no problem with the concept but atleast be clear about it!

Loved the story

Hayes the female narrator. Her tone was so odd, really missed the mark compared to the male narrator. Couldn’t finish it. And I can usually get used to less than terrific narrators and power through. I’ll have to check this out from the library.

Cute!

Such a cute story overall. Narration was great especially Luc. Millie’s narration sounded robotic at times, but not a dealbreaker. HEA and no drama.

Agradecido

I enjoyed this audiobook due to the story and both narrator’s abilities to pronounce the Spanish lines well. This couple’s story delivered just the right amount of build up, romance, and payoff that I needed. I searched for a romance with a Mexican character and was so pleasantly surprised to find this book included with the membership. Thank you. Estoy agradecido.

Jake is wonderful!!!!

The MFC got a little on my nerves with her negativity. I did get why but liking Jake so much I got irritated with her train of thoughts

Cursed this book is not!

Very well written, entertaining, brings all the feels and narration is wonderful! Worth the read and or listen.

I love the balance of responsibility and playfulness between the two main characters

It’s wonderful to read a story about family and caring for people before your time that is both realistic and comforting. Blending a story about lost family members with finding new love is hard to do and this author hit it out of the park - just the right amount of spice and a great story line.
