Un libro que te enseña a sobrevivir
La mujer que soy (The Woman In Me), más que una autobiografía de una estrella pop, es un libro de sufrimiento. de consecuencias, de maltrato, de traicion, de supervivencia y que pone en discusión la salud mental. Britney Spears nos relata desde los primeros minutos una historia turbia y traumatica que comenzó desde antes de nacer y que generaría consecuencias en un futuro antes y luego de ser una estrella.
Este libro nos muestra lo importante que es aprender a tomarle importancia a la salud mental, a los traumas, a tomar terapia, para evitar transmitir nuestros traumas a futuros hijos o a la gente que nos ama y tenemos alrededor.
Si antes amaba a Britney, hoy la amo más, la admiro, la respeto y espero de todo corazón pueda ser feliz y encontrar el camino de libertad que todo ser humano se merece en la vida.

Excelente historia y narración
La mujer que soy es una historia emotiva; escrita con humor, sensibilidad, dolor y el orgullo que da a una persona pasar por un sinfin de experiencias, buenas y malas y lograr sobreponerse a las peores de ellas. La narración ha sido impecable y he disfrutado mucho de este libro, pero sobretodo he aprendido que siempre habrá esperanzas de un futuro mejor.

Siempre fui fans de Britney Spear desde que salió con su primer video Baby one more time. Tanto la familia como la prensa hicieron que muchos fans se alejaran de ella, sin saber lo que sucedía con su vida. Al escuchar el libro logró entender el sin fin de cosas que ella pasó y el porqué de sus actuaciones en diferentes show con tan bajo nivel de energía en ella a pesar de tener una producción impecable, solo ella actuaba así para molestarlos.
