Disappointing listen.
After already purchasing a sleep hypnosis book from this company, I had high hopes of enjoying this book. Unfortunately the man reading the first mediation just doesn't have a soothing voice or manner. If there were such a thing as a drill sergeant of mediation, he would be it. The second part of the book is the same as the previous book I bought, so I gained nothing of use in this book. If anyone from the company reads this, I would love to have a decent length sleep hypnosis book on positive thinking/ abundance creation read by the woman who reads the sleep hypnosis on this. Her voice is the most soothing I've come across for this sort of thing.
