Publisher's summary

When a woman who is willing meets a man who's resisting, let the seduction begin.

Allison St. Claire has the face of an angel. That's part of the problem. She also sells quaint tea sets in the Pearl Island Inn gift shop. It doesn't exactly scream sexy. Years of having men treat her like a little sister is enough to drive a healthy woman crazy. Especially when a gorgeous hunk checks in and fails to see Allison is ready to try something a little bit wild.

Scott Lawrence, a bestselling suspense author, checks into the B&B hoping to cure his writer's block with a little vacation sex. Some fun in the sun with a beautiful woman might be just the relaxation he needs. But a "good girl" like Allison St. Claire? No way!

Time for Allison to show the commitment-shy bachelor that inside every good girl is a naughty woman dying to get out. But when the heat climbs higher than the temperature on the Texas Coast, the sweet spring diversion could take an unexpected turn toward something more complicated.

Escaping to Pearl Island again

Loved the characters and seeing how the B&B has become a success. The story just continued building and gave more information about how the inn was lost to the rightful heirs.

Great story

First and second book were wonderful, looking forward to the third and fourth! Can't listen to them fast enough. Fabulous author and narrator.

Weaker than the first

I found this second book so much weaker than the first. Probably because the heroine is so bland and kind of stupid. I found myself wanting to strangle her for her weakness, and self absorption. The hero is great though.
