Publisher's summary
Learn the language of love with short stories.
This is the ideal book for students of French who want to take their comprehension of the language to the next level. Rather than being a traditional French grammar book, it offers listeners a series of short, easy stories in both French and English. Listeners can bypass the step of memorizing complicated French syntax rules by simply learning them as they listen. The English version is always available so that they can check their understanding, and each chapter includes a detailed vocabulary section at the end, which is excellent for learning new words. Learning vocabulary in context also helps with understanding and remembering words. It's an all-around better technique than using traditional flash cards, and it's also more fun!
This audiobook has a handful of features that set it apart from other, similar books. Each story is followed by a short set of grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension questions. Listeners who want to test themselves before listening to the English version of the story can skip to this section. The book is highly navigable, and answers to the question sets are found in a separate chapter at the end, so it's impossible to cheat accidentally. Finally, the stories follow a graduated level of difficulty. All of the stories are written for beginning French students and are geared towards learning basic vocabulary and grammar skills. The final story in the book, however, adds an extra challenge by using the past, rather than the present, tense. Listeners who are looking to improve their French in a fun and easy way will love this innovative, easy-to-use book.

The Italian language is wonderful, so rich in nuances and expressiveness. It is the language of love: a sweet language, which cuddles word after word, without ever becoming authoritarian, but always turning to the heart. It is the language often used in the world of art, theatrical work and literature: a language of pleasure and passion, which expresses, word after word, moods and emotions. A language that gives happiness.

Tons of material, simply explained!
I started learning French using other books, which were less effective and I found them very boring and couldn't continue. This course really came in where that left off and I found no problem following the chapters without getting bored. I had learned the basics of three French tenses without frustration.

I liked this book
It was easy to get the gist of the story. It was so more entertaining than trying to listen French about the culture, politics, history, etc

Good, but didn't make me want to do it again.
I liked it. It was well organized, and I could tell they knew French very well. I on the other hand didn't to so hot. I actually learned very well, but I forgot it so fast.

" Best for beginners and travelers. "
"I love this audiobook! We're planning a trip to France as soon as borders will be once again open for travel and I feel confident this audiobook will help us through any language issues that may arise. My daughter speaks some French and she is amazed at how much I've already learned. Audiobooks are really the best choice for learning a language, and the attached PDF allows you to review what you have learned. Even if you're not traveling but want to start learning a second language, I highly suggest this to get you started."

ENJOY THE SIMPLICITY
This lesson was informative, educational and the narration and pronunciation were spot on. The word in English is repeated twice in French with a pause in between. I found the lesson easier as it went along. I have been studying Italian, which is much easier for me. I only just started learningFrench on my own and it is more of a challenge, the sentences always sound like they run together, but having the ability to hear this over and over makes it more familiar and I can now get two or more words in most of the sentences.

A wonderful way to learn French.
"I have tried multiple methods to learn French and I found this audiobook to be the most engaging and enjoyable. My French has greatly improved and I look forward to practicing it in real life when I will travel to France. The attached PDF is a great help for understanding how to actually write words and sentences."

The best language learning Audible out there!
Noble and his co-teacher are excellent teachers! This is hands down the best way to learn for me. I wish there were more Audible books out like this; it really feels like you are being taught by a tutor that is listening to you.
