Mike The Large Guy Sarno used the Outlaw motorcycle gang member Polchan to help do burglary and robbery scores and intimidate business rivals with bombings. Mike Sarno had been promoted above his pay grade after Frank Calabrese Jr. had been jailed and convicted in the Family Secrets trial.
