I have a gift; I understand people. I know how to help them. I can see intricate systems, relationships, and room dynamics extraordinarily quickly. I am an ENTP (Myers-Briggs) with a great grasp on NLP, and I have a very high IQ. I know it. This can make me a bit abrasive at times.

If you are struggling with PTSD or anxiety (what the rest of the world is calling PTSD), there is advice for you here as well, as much as that may feel like the blind leading the blind.

There is explicit language, explicit themes, and explicit content. We also talk about celebrities, television shows, music, podcasts, and artists I enjoy, including my celebrity muse, the goddess herself, Oprah Winfrey. And, of course, being a Marine and growing up poor, I have funny and inappropriate stories in spades; straight from the gutter!

absolute must download!

I've loved this book from the very beginning, speaking from a veterans POV with struggles and realness resonated with me. Then he rolls into how he was successful how he did it and then challenges you to do the same do something doesnt matter just do something. If your looking for some light reading this ain't it if your looking to get your self in gear and be the person you can be then you found the book, now all you gotta do is listen.

Unexpected

I loved the book! His real estate advice is pure and unheard of. His organization with the book has its ups and down. Overall, I could relate being a Navy Veteran. I will definitely be implementing much of his advice in my own business. Thank you David Serpa!

An outsiders perspective...

As an outsider to Real Eatate just coming into the field, this book has proven to be not only informative, but an eye opening view “behind the scenes” of the Real Estate world. Read in the first person perspective, the nuggets of knowledge are riddled throughout the book, buried within the tellings of the authors life lessons, learned both within and outside of the world of Real Estate. Both heartbreaking and inspiring, the reader cannot help but be drawn into the stories and lessons themselves, and come away with not only a sense of knowledge, but a glimpse of the authors trials and tribulations, and ultimately the authors journey to rise above PTS (no D) and to the level of success he has, and will again achieve in the Real Estate world. Cheers!

I couldn't make it one hour thru this book

this guy seems just to want to tell you how great he is. totally unprofessional recording. I made it about 1-1/2 hours and returned book. not sure if it got any better
