So I was very skeptical going in but after a year of having thyroid, pituitary, testosterone hormone problems I was searching for a natural approach to what the hell was going on in my body. I do endurance sports and have had ups and downs in last season with recovery and energy problems. Went to Dr's and got nowhere except money out and year of tests that don't work on healthy individuals but are designed for sick people. Yes look into it, thyroid medicine is now one of the most prescribed med out there. This book will explain in very simple terms how to fix things.

IT WORKED FAST! Saw results very fast and just followed the program. Dont try to change it, just do the food and exercise like it says.

Give this a try if you are questioning modern medicine or needing a change in your life. I was needing a easy and successful approach to my existing triathlon training. This has shaved 6% bodyfat and 15 Lbs in 6 weeks. I used it as a preseason launching pad instead of my normal base training routine. My cardio is down but I feel crazy ready for building on this strength and weight loss. If you have read Ben Greenfields stuff you will love this because its filtered down and more direct. Not just random things to do but an exact road map. Follow the PDF guide.

Proceed with Caution, you may become a Real Man.
A good friend and mentor called me and said, “stop reading/listening whatever you are reading right now. I found the book that it’s philosophy is aligned with your goals and you’re going to love it.” I listened and stopped reading what I was currently reading. I started Man 2.0 and as I got past the Intro, I called my friend, said wow and thanked him. If you’re a man, feel like a man, or maybe not feeling like a man, I strongly recommend MAN 2.0. The only thing missing from this book is ACTION. Thank you John and Adam. Seriously an excellent book.

Great book!

Good Book
This was the first Audio title I have ever listened to. It was good, the voices we're clear and concise and since they were also the authors, they provided necessary inflection to get the point across as it was supposed to.

Underwhelming!
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Not exactly time well spent, while some inspiring anecdotes are thrown around this isn't exactly groundbreaking advice, and seems to gravitate more towards cliche than anything.
Would you ever listen to anything by John Romaniello and Adam Bornstein again?
