The contents are interesting and are valuable in understanding the enormous benefits of meditation.

fantastic book for beginners
This book explained a lot of the benefits of meditation in the beginning which I found very motivating and then goes on to explain different ways to meditate. the book is written in an accessible style which elevates it above many other books on the topic which seem overly complicated. One for the library!
