A mentally tough person is capable of moderating his emotions wherever he may be. There are also some tools that can be used to measure mental toughness. Wonderful listen. Useful of multiple levels.

While the book is specific to the game of golf, I found myself drawing parallels to other athletic and coaching endeavors in my life. This book is a great listen for anyone who understands the game of golf. You can put its content to use in your own golf endeavors as well as others in your life.
