Compared to Charles' other books, this is more about no dig, eliminating weeds, garden layout, compost making, and using compost. There is also a history of no-dig vegetable gardening in the last 100 years. I want listeners to understand the context and the reasons why no dig has not been much valued until recently, and why it is now. This audiobook has 18 sections, covering the key methods and wonderful results of no dig, from starting with weeds to sowing and planting straightaway, and cropping soon after.

There are 20 million acres of lawns in North America. In their current form, these unproductive expanses of grass represent a significant financial and environmental cost. However, viewed through a different lens, they can also be seen as a tremendous source of opportunity. Access to land is a major barrier for many people who want to enter the agricultural sector, and urban and suburban yards have huge potential for would-be farmers wanting to become part of this growing movement.

From the early days of raw corn liquor to the myriad distilleries that have proliferated around the country today, bourbon is a symbol of the United States. This course traces bourbon's entire history, from the 1700s, with Irish, Scottish, and French settlers setting up stills and making distilled spirits in the New World, through today's booming resurgence.

Don’t think twice!!! A must have for those interested in microgreens!! A+++++
This book is FANTASTIC and I couldn’t be more pleased it’s now available on audible! (I highly recommend both the audio AND kindle version of this one, it’s great to listen to while driving or gardening if you prefer to immerse yourself!)
I stand by what I said on the kindle version.
I have been gardening for years. I love gardening more then anything else. I am always looking to learn and expand my knowledge and this book is it! It’s enjoyable and really makes you excited to get started. If you simply follow the guide, you will without a doubt have success in growing those greens. Basil Green also has written a another book titled: “Hydroponic Gardening For Beginners: A How to Guide For Growing Vegetables, Herbs & Fruits in Your Own Self Sustainable Home Hydroponic Garden.” (I hope to see this available on audible soon as well!! Fingers crossed!) If you combine these to books and apply the methods, look out!!!! You will guaranteed see amazing results and be well on your way to being a master!!
