  • Using Screen Time to Engage Your Children & Positively Impact Their Faith with Jessica Wolstenholm (Bonus Episode)
    Jul 26 2024
For those that are new around here, I release bonus episodes that serve a niche part of my audience, I have listeners of all faith backgrounds that listen to the podcast. This episode is coming from a christian perspective so if that’s something that doesn’t fit what you’re looking for, check out the other episode that dropped this week about toxic achievement culture with Jennifer Wallace or join me back here next Tuesday for a conversation that you don’t want to miss! Joining me today is the Vice President of Education and Publishing at Minno (a streaming platform for kids), Jessica Wolstenholm. They discuss how to use screen time to positively engage with children and encourage their faith. Jessica discusses the importance of normalizing faith in children's entertainment and providing them with opportunities to see their faith lived out on screen. She also talks about the 2 to 14 window, which is the critical period for children to make a decision about following Jesus. My hope is that this conversation provides practical tips for incorporating faith into daily routines and cultivating scripture memory in children.
