"My diet coach" is a motivational book that aims to help the listener to put an end to the vicious cycle of dieting—weight regain. Through real-life dialogues, it presents the difficulties, problems and ambivalences of people who have been struggling for years with controlling their diet on the one hand, and on the other hand, their desires, needs and potential.
The control of diet and weight depends primarily on the ability of the individual to perceive his emotional state by determining it accurately and at the same time to seek that unmet need which leads him to frustrate the effort. Through this exploration the individual will always be able to learn about his weaknesses without losing his self-respect. The book leaves aside the wooden language of dietary guidelines and eating patterns and deals with dieting success through understanding and self-acceptance.
Guided by the vision, the ideal life that everyone imagines for themselves, the coach helps the person in front of them to plan the steps that need to be taken to make it happen.
