Moretti's by midnight

Jilted bride Tilly Rogers hopes her luck is changing when she's offered a prestigious catering contract for billionaire businessman Xavier Moretti's New Year's Eve party. But then she ends up snowbound alone with her boss - and at his bidding! It's the end of the year and the end of Tilly's contract, which leaves Xavier free to seduce her at his will.

Hardly shy of a challenge, this notorious playboy makes it his resolution to have virgin Tilly crumbling by his experienced touch. Before the snow settles, Xavier is determined to have Tilly under a brand-new set of tantalizing terms!

The prince's secret love child!

Shocking news has rocked the Mediterranean Principality of Agon. Prince Theseus - second in line to the throne - is rumored to have fathered a secret love child. Reports surfaced the moment stunning royal biographer Joanne Brooks was hired to memorialize King Astraeus's reign.

It seems she's brought more than pens and paper! Witnesses suggest that five years ago, our onetime bad boy prince traveled the world in disguise as engineer Theo Petakis and met Joanne. This reporter wants to know how Ms. Brooks will react when our commanding prince wants to claim his child and his bride!

Performance

The man’s voice was terrible. I would not listen to that voice even if the story is good

A great read

I loved everything about the story I really left the performance of him the people reading the book. I love to Toby the little boy. I loved his mother Joe. And I loved it Theo never had a sexual relationship with anyone after he met Joe.

First book awful, second book worth the read.

New Year at the boss's bidding is just terribly repetitive over and over with completely ridiculous internal dialogue preventing the characters from having any emotional maturity or ability to think clearly and make believable decisions. the pace of the book is awful and it seems like the internal dialogue of the characters repeats just to give the book extra length. Ugg, I gave it one star. The second book, Theseus discovers his heir, is exciting and worth the read. I've seen this storyline before, but there are interesting twists to the plot, and believable reasons for the things the characters do.

Both Seemed Rushed

This dual story novel is on par with Harlequin novels. Both stories were rushed. The first book - New Year at the Boss's Bidding - was so unbelievable that it was difficult for me to get through it. Theseus Discovers His Heir was slightly better.

I honestly don't expect much out of Harlequin novels - so if you take that in mind, these books weren't too bad. Both narrators were mediocre for me.

Male Voice horrible

The male voice sounded more like Count Dracula than italian... I kept waiting for his fangs to be revealed!

ugh!
