Nikolai: The Complete Collection is books one to three in the Russian Mob Chronicles.

Please note in this book Nikolai refers to Justine as ангел, which, to him, means Angel in Russian. He pronounces ангел as Ahren (Aaron). This is not the correct pronunciation, but in I Married a Mob Boss (Rico’s story), it states that Nikolai couldn’t speak Russian as well as his siblings, and out of all the sayings he got wrong, this one stuck.

Meh..

Ok, so the story itself was fine but the female character and the narrator just ruins it. She starts out strong being a lawyer and speaking many languages. But her first interaction with the male lead she just let's him walk all over her and doesn't say a word. She is constantly crying and she is very selfish. She basically throws a fit when she doesn't get her way...even though what she wants to do is dangerous. The narrator adds to her whiny quality by how she reads her part. Everything she says is in the same dramatic breathy tone. Also..her attempts to get the male lead to choose non violent options in things is annoying and unrealistic..you've literally fallen for a mob boss..

Intense mob series!

The 4-book set of Nikolai (mob prince turned king) and Justine (lawyer turned mob queen). There were so many plot twists that it kept me on my toes. The spicy chemistry was on point between them as well.

Female Narrator…

The story itself was good. The female narrator was awful. Her voice was annoying and super needy. The voice is like nails on a chalk board..

Too Long

Female narration tone sounded like she was in high school. Hard to believe character is a competent lawyer. Petulant and weak. Male narration is excellent. Story is just too long. I gave up on the 30 hour package with 11 hours left.

Couldn’t finish the last book

The story got boring and the repetitive sex every one her 5 minutes also got boring..
