This works!
I'll be honest, eating one meal a day/intermittent fasting is not that easy in the beginning. But once you get used to it you actually enjoy that part of your day where you don't need to worry about eating. This book did not introduce me to one meal a day/intermittent fasting as I have read about it before. But it definitely did inspire me to actually give this thing a shot, and i'm glad it did. Very inspiring words and narration!

Informative
I haven't tried intermittent fasting yet, but the author explained what it's all about and how it works quite well. I will be sure to try it out as I have some weight to lose. And the spiritual aspect is also very interesting as I'm Muslim and fasting is quite normal for us. I also enjoyed Steven Knudsen's narration, fits very well with the whole theme of the book.

Very well written and WORKS!
I've had my eye on Intermittent fasting ever since my aunt told me about how she lost weight by not changing up her diet that much. Im a very cautious person so I do my research before I set out on a diet, especially one where you have to fast! I did however get persuaded by this book to try it out and I am already down 5 kg which is actually insane, especially for me when i havent been able to lose the weight I put on since high school(!!!!!). So for anyone out there, I really recommend reading this since it actually works and it gives you a spiritual view on it!

Overall good read
Easy to understand guide to intermittent fasting, which helped me get on the diet easier. Much better than reading some article on the internet. Recommend highly!
