Liam Gallaher is a man of controversy, arguments, rivalry and sensationalism. When brother Noel gave up his roadie job with Inspiral Carpets and joined the band, it was the turning point for Oasis - although Liam would never allow you to say that - and the greatest music industry sensation since the Beatles were born.
Great music and outrageous behaviour is the trademark for the band - even to the point of being arrested for fighting with crew and police onboard a ferry. The outlandish reputation was enhanced even further when Liam and Noel started fighting during an NME interview, and then Oasis were banned from a chain of hotels because they smashed up rooms.

Superstar rock band Oasis tells all in this unique collectors recording brought to you by Pete Bruens. Liam Gallagher in particular was known for his outrageous actions at shows - and equally outrageous offstage behavior. He and his brother Noel often got in trouble for starting fights and trashing hotel rooms. Pete Bruens' work as interviewer is skillful. He knows when to play hardball and follow up, and when to draw out Gallagher's stories about the band's lighter moments.
