About this listen
Discover the Inspiration You Need for Meditation, Deep Sleep, Mindfulness, Stress Management, Anxiety Reduction, and Increased Positive Thoughts with the Ocean Sounds Audiobook.
Do you know that water makes up about 80 percent of the human brain?!
Aside from the fact that water makes up 71 percent of the earth's surface, water also exists throughout the human body. Cells contain up to 60 percent of water in the body, with roughly one-third of the remaining surrounding the cells.
This explains the link between the human mind and water. The sound of the ocean waves is one of the most mysterious calls of nature that one can ever hear. It has a unique connection to the human brain and mind.
Five out of every 10 adults deal with different types of issues, ranging from losing focus, mental health problems, stress, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, depression, panic, etc.
Do you find yourself in such categories and seeking help? Please allow me to introduce you to the Ocean Sounds audiobook, the most sought-after solution for you. In this audiobook, the ocean sounds will:
- Initiate an enabling mood capable of crafting a soothing atmosphere for your mind and positively impacting your mental health. Help you see things from a different perspective and understand deep meanings of life that you may not do under normal conditions.
- Positively affect the rhythms of the neuronal "waves" in your brain, thereby encouraging a more peaceful pace of thought.
- Teach you how to be present in the moment and directly understand things as they are instead of getting lost in rumination.
- Help the prefrontal cortex of your brain to quiet down, while you enjoy internal peace automatically.
To be relaxed, the ocean sounds teleport you into a meditative state with similar effects to mindfulness, which improve mental clarity, lower stress levels, improve mood, and relieve anxiety. So if you're having a hard time relaxing your mind, get the Ocean Sounds audiobook today.
