Pay close attention and you might solve this.

On Monday afternoon, five students at Bayview High walk into detention.

Bronwyn, the brain, is Yale-bound and never breaks a rule.

Addy, the beauty, is the picture-perfect homecoming princess.

Nate, the criminal, is already on probation for dealing.

Cooper, the athlete, is the all-star baseball pitcher.

And Simon, the outcast, is the creator of Bayview High’s notorious gossip app.

Only, Simon never makes it out of that classroom. Before the end of detention Simon's dead. And according to investigators, his death wasn’t an accident. On Monday, he died. But on Tuesday, he’d planned to post juicy reveals about all four of his high-profile classmates, which makes all four of them suspects in his murder. Unexpectedly Intense

I'm not usually drawn to young adult fiction. In fact, I tend to avoid it as a rule. However, several people I know (and trust the book choices of) highly recommended this one. They were not wrong. From the beginning you find yourself trying to piece the story together. Just when you think you know the route it's going to take (it has to be predictable, right? Wrong.) there are twists that make you question everything you know. The author does a top-notch job keeping you on the edge of your seat as revelations about the narrators unfold. You find yourself oddly intrigued by the gossip and bent on solving the murder. The twist at the end was not what I expected at all. Really just goes to show you might not understand everyone as well as you think you do.

Amazing Book...

This book was intriguing from the very beginning. Sitting here and listening to this book makes you think of everything that the characters are going through and which one of them has some kind of involvement.

Who Done It?

Gossip Girls and Breakfast Club had a baby. It was better than expected. I had suspicions about who did it about half way through and I was correct.
