Just book, covered every topic process and mindset and needed to deliver on. Extremely actionable and not full of fluff that you see in most designed driven books. Highly recommend this read to sell a new to design leadership or several years into their career. Guarantee, you will learn something great

Awful narration

Have heard great reviews for this book. Took a gamble on buying this with no reviews. Unfortunately the narration is profoundly awful. It sounds like a robot. I don’t understand how someone can narrate with so little emotion. Looks like I’ll be reading this the old fashioned way.
