Cant get into it enough to finish.

Story could be good but struggled with the style and the narrator. My attention wanders worse than usual with audio books.

Atwood you rock my world

I saw Margaret Atwood speak at a conference in London in June 2018 called Under Her Eye about women and the environment. This book did not disappoint. Based on sound research she has created a fascinating possible future

Thought-provoking

I enjoyed the futuristic view of the society portrayed in the novel because it has many parallels to our modern-day society and the direction in which we may be headed. Campbell Scott's reading set a good tone for the novel and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Terrifying future, perfect narration

Atwood’s ability to create a horrifying future that seems so possible is amazing. Great story for post-apocalypse fans. This story has stayed with me night and day. And I would listen to anything read by Campbell Scott. Excellent performance.

Why do I like dystopian stories? It’s the end of the world and we know it!!!

It’s been said that you’re only crazy if when you talk to yourself you answer back. LOL. Well what do you do when you lose the love of your life, your best friend and it’s the end of the world as you know it? I don’t want to give away the story but you will enjoy the book.
I’d recommend this to anyone who enjoys dystopian and sci-fi stories.

The story was ok and the narration good. Not the my cup of tea in stories. Book was a recommendation from a friend. So was not a waste of money.

Picked it up by accident and couldn’t put it down! Atwood’s complex characters and always unexpected voice raises questions that linger long after the story is done.
Campbell Scott’s reading was perfect!
