Great content.

the subject matter was fantastic. However the narration was disappointing. Ironically it was narrated by the author himself.

Holistic approach

He gives a really good overview of different but interrelated approaches to working on recovery from addiction, which actually could apply to anyone, and for any level of dependency. Relaxing to listen to. Makes me want to know more about aryuveda.

I appreciate this book as it gave me food for thought in and profound insights on how to go about tending to the underlying issues that remain invisible/unresolved when addressing addictive behaviour.

Great!

Very insightful although the author's voice made me sleepy. A new and fresh way to examine addiction.

Dissatisfied

I bought this audible books with one of my credits and it turned out to be a sample book, nothing came through just two minutes of the book.
