If you are looking at this book, you are looking for a way out of panic attacks, apprehension and poor experience of life.
I did it for forty plus years until one day, after many attempts, I found the answer - a simple man's answer.
As is the case in many ways, the solution lies in just looking at the problem from another angle. It could be that the answer is one that has been offered by many well meaning people.
Sadly, they have made the case in thousands of words to maybe justify a large book, and the answer has disappeared into paper and ink! I was surprised by the ease with which I stopped the attacks.
