The title says it all!
Reading doesn’t change you, applying what you read does. Apply this to everything you do and results are certain to follow. Keith Cameron Smith was mentored by Nido Qubein and his books are shorter but just as profound follow ups to this book!

Dr. Qubein is an amazing leader. The first time I heard him speak I immediately search and purchased every single book I could find that he wrote. Philosophy and Practice
What I loved most about this is that there is great insight and thought -- but also real "how to's"...the action steps we need to take to put the concepts into actual practice. Nido is an inspiration!

Boring
This was probably the most boring audiobook I've read all year. The book frequently jumps topics and subjects. It covers SOOO many different topics but has no stucture or chapters. The author's voice was a little annoying and takes some getting used to. There are a few good points to pick up in this book about sales and business. The suggestions made were very basic. Overall, this book was like being in a college class were the teacher frequently goes off on long, drawn out tangents. Didn't sound like a book, more like a guy just talking about random stuff.
