This is a great book for a pick me up! I got this book to help boost my confidence on those days when I just need a little something extra, and it definitely helps lift me up when I need it. Sometimes it just makes your day start off right when you get some positive speech into your brain right off the bat. I know some people like to do this at the end of the day, but for me, it's all about the morning. This book cover several topics, including self-love, career, family, money, friends, spouses, stress, and lots more.
