Helpful affirmations
I highly enjoyed this collection of subliminal messages to rewire my subconscious. These were enjoyable to listen to in the morning or when I was having any specific cravings. They are empowering, positive messages so it feels good to listen to and not like you're beating yourself up. I enjoyed the positive inspiration it gave me as motivation

Great reinforcement for healthy habits
These affirmations are so spot on for what someone needs reinforced while trying to lose weight. After listening for just a few minutes, I wanted to keep going because they were so positive and uplifting. The background music is soothing and doesn't distract from the message.
It is so important when losing weight to not only focus on your body, but also your mind. These affirmations dive into positive thoughts regarding your attitude towards weight loss AND the physical changes too.

I freaking love affirmations
