Short story of a "father / son day" out.

Great short story about a father having his "custody" day with his son and sharing the skiing experience. The Dad has so much to teach the son and the snow has lessons for both of them.

Slice of life - 3.5 stars

Short slice of life vignette about a dad and son who go skiing and get stuck in a snowstorm on the way back, threatening to make the boy's mom mad. You can get a great sense of the dad's personality in this story. It wasn't super exciting or eventful but it was interesting enough.

This short story is hard to rate, because there wasn't much to it. I am hoping that it will get better as we read more.
