Publisher's summary

Just an innocent bet. Okay, well, maybe a bet to rob the three most virtuous girls in town of their purity isn't exactly innocent, but there's no way we could have known how it would all turn out. How much trouble it would bring.

But what the hell were an Amish girl and her sisters doing in the middle of Bright Falls, anyway? I mean, it seemed almost too easy. She was a sheep and I was the wolf, and it was time for me to feast.

I'm one of the Brody Bunch, after all. Middle brother of three, with a reputation for being a badass that came from more than just the fact that my father ran the biggest MC around before landing himself in prison. Sarah is the complete opposite not only of me but of everything I've ever known. She was supposed to just be a conquest - an easy one, even, given how innocent she was.

How the hell was I to know that getting involved with her would change my whole goddamn world?

It's a whole, big, world to discover~

Three brothers and three sisters and all romance Between Two Worlds. The English world and the Amish. this was not just a romance it was also a learning story and a curve to how far someone would go to bring them back home. I really did enjoy the story and all of the characters. Now we just have to look into what book is next because obviously the story is not finished.

Highly entertaining

I enjoyed this audiobook very much. I especially enjoy audiobooks with more than one narrator and this one does a good job by both narrators in bringing the story and characters to life.

Pretty good - a bit melodramatic for me

3/5 stars: pretty good. I liked the book overall, but the characters weren’t really well-rounded and seemed somewhat wooden. Plenty of melodrama.

Too Hallmark channel for me

This book felt like a Hallmark movie trying to be bad by adding some cuss words. I don't mind the language but it was a very PG rated book about bad boys that aren't really PG material. It just fell flat and was unrealistic.

Had so much potential.

Setting aside years of beliefs shouldn't happen this fast. This book did not have time to build even though it is over 6 hours. Concept was nice but how fast the relationship progressed was just crazy for being raised Amish, would have liked more depth to the book. Yes, I know if is Fiction but can it be a little more believable.

Cute book

It’s was a cute and sweet audiobook. I liked that there is an underlining mystery. I can’t wait to listen to the next two. The narrators were fantastic.

i hated it due to really bad language.

REALLY BAD LANGUAGE ON EVERY OTHER WORD. THERE ISN'T A WAY TO RETURN THE BOOK FOR A NEW ONE EITHER. THIS IS THE 2ND BOOK THAT I DIDN'T LIKE & I HAVEN'T BEEN GIVEN 2 CREDITS BACK.

Pass. No really even though its free, Pass!

I was listening to another book and where the protagonist admitted to an obsession with Amish romances. I came across this one and can't stop shaking my head.

The writing is appalling.... Just bad!
Why would an Amish person know the term sensory overload? Her vocab was awfully great for the first time out in the English world.
Seems like the writer has no knowledge of Amish life and received her info from a reality show.
Amish men are also required to stay virgins until marriage.
Women who are not virgins are not devalued. Widows are married in the Amish tradition.
Do women really reverse their entire life trajectory over a second rate dude that you've know for three days?
Rethinking that life trajectory does not require an abandonment of principles.
How is a guy pressuring you to have sex better than your father telling you not to.
What kind of sister sets her naive impressionable sisters up with strangers?

It is hard to write every character unlikable. In accomplishing that the writer scores a single point.

Boring

I made it to chapter 4 and was done... I think it be somewhat ok story line if narrators were bit better, but narrators are just killing it (bad) BORING
